The Venice International Watercolor Festival is a global watercolor art event jointly launched by Treviso City Hall, the Italian Cultural and Art Exchange Association and Sheng Xinyu Art.

Fan Zhen is widely praised for his unique watercolor techniques and expressiveness, and his works are imaginative and engaging. It won an award of excellence at the Venice International Watercolor Festival and was exhibited at the Palazzo dei Trecento, a 14th-century landmark building in the city of Treviso, Italy, and the seat of the city council of Treviso.
